Zoom. Stay tuned for updates on any future live gatherings. On October 8, Stone Soup welcomes the young trailblazer Tobias Hofacre to their virtual podium.
Student by day and poet by night, Tobias Hofacre is a 15-year-old poet phenom who's been writing poetry since 2018, inspired by his Aunt. Tobias Hofacre published his first poetry chapbook titled A Poets Dream in 2024. For nearly two years, he has also been taking part in a challenge where he writes a poem everyday called the Stafford Challenge. In addition to poetry, Tobias spends much of his time playing video games, participating in extracurricular activities such as marching band, watching football and NASCAR, and hanging out with family and friends. Most weeks, you can find him at the Walnut Street Cafe in Lynn Massachusetts, where he originally made his poetry debut. He’s grown up and still lives and writes on the Massachusetts North Shore in Essex County, MA.
